Some people are like a song with the lyrics written for us / Niektórzy ludzie są jak piosenka ze słowami napisanymi do nas

There are people that we meet and love them straight away. There are some people, that we meet and don't bother, and there are some people that we meet and don't know how to act around. Perhaps we decide to move away from them, maybe even dislike them, especially giving our first impression. 

Sometimes though for some reason we decide to offer them our kindness and attention. Maybe because we sort of have to, we want to be polite or because we're simply nice people. We persist with that action and at some point these people respond. They smile back. They start talking from their real inner self. About their life, their worries, joys and dreams. And we see that they are not so weird as we thought. They're actually similar to us in some aspects. We realize that the most scary sometimes are those dark sides of us that we spot in others.

Those people are like a song, that we didn't like when we heard it for the first time. Then the more we listened to it again, the more we loved it and it became one of our favorite tunes, meanwhile those, whom we love at first already hum a hit song for us.

Spotykamy w życiu różnych ludzi. Są tacy, których kochamy już od pierwszego z nimi kontaktu, tacy, których spotkanie szczególnie nas nie obchodzi i tacy, wokół których nie bardzo wiemy jak sie zachować. Może postanawiamy się nawet od nich odsunąć, może decydujemy się ich nie lubić, zważywszy na nasze pierwsze o nich wrażenie. 

Czasami jednak z pewnych powodów decydujemy się być dla nich mili oraz poświęcić im trochę uwagi. Może dlatego, że myślimy, że powinniyśmy, chcemy być uprzejmi lub po prostu dlatego, że jesteśmy dobrymi ludźmi. Trwamy w tym czynie i w pewnym momencie ci ludzie nam odpowiadają. Oddają nam uśmiech. Zaczynają do nas mówić z ich wnętrza. O ich życiu, ich troskach, radości i marzeniach. I wtedy dostrzegamy, iż nie są oni tacy dziwni jak nam się wydawało. Tak naprawdę to są nawet do nas podobni w pewnych aspektach. Uświadamiamy sobie, że te najstraszniejsze nasze ciemne strony to te, które zauważamy w innych. 

Ci ludzie są jak piosenka, której nie polubiliśmy za pierwszym słuchaniem. Potem im więcej ją słyszymy, tym bardziej ją lubimy i staje się ona jednym z naszych ulubionych utworów, podczas gdy ci, których kochamy od razu nucą dla nas już szlagier.
